Sarah Pechukas
Originally from New York City, Sarah spent every summer in Wellfleet before settling here year round in 1993. A top producer in residential real estate since she entered the business in 1995, Sarah spent 12 years as the owner of Sweetbriar Realty where she enjoyed building a successful, independent business with enormous local support. She made the happy transition to the Raveis family of companies 2015 and is enjoying the support of such a large firm and the return to focusing exclusively on serving her Buyers and Sellers from the office here on Main Street. When she is not at work, you may find her enjoying Cape life with her family, paddle boarding the ponds or exploring the Seashore, reading books with pages and finding various and varied ways to travel out and adventure, but always returning home to this part of the Outer Cape and the unique and beautiful lifestyle it affords.
